Nigeria’s foremost real estate company, Adron Homes, and properties are set to distribute free Ten-million-naira worth of fuel to over 3000 individuals in Nigeria as one of the line-up activities to commemorate its ten years anniversary in the real estate industry.
The director of Sales and Marketing Mrs. Folashade Oloruntoba made this known at a Press Conference held at the company’s head office in Lagos.
According to her, Adron homes aside from sales and marketing of Lands and properties is committed to improving lives through its corporate social responsibilities CSR.
“In the last ten years we have done nothing, but improve lives through our various CSR programs, more than we have provided infrastructure, making landlords across Nigeria with our easy payment plans”.
Oloruntoba noted that the free fuel activities will be available in 8 states in Nigeria, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Nasarawa, Niger, and the Republic of Benin from the 31st of May 2022 until the last person has been served.
“The company will be targeting several filling stations across eight states, namely; Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Abuja, Nasarawa, Niger, and Ekiti starting from Tuesday 31st of May till the last person is been served, we want to gift 3500 Nigerians a token of about N3000 worth of fuel, in each filling station. We’ll give be attending to nothing less than 100 cars at the filling stations, which will amount to 3000 Nigerians to appreciate and to welcome on board our prospective customers all across the earlier listed 8 states in Nigeria. We’re also extending this to Cotonou in the Republic of Benin”.
She attributed the company’s success over the years to the trust and confidence of the clients and prospective clients in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.
“As one of the leading players in the real estate industry, we wouldn’t have achieved so much in this first decade without the trust and confidence of our clients across the country”.
Reacting to questions at the press conference, she noted that the free fuel CSR will be available to only private vehicle owners in the 8 states.
Meanwhile, the Director of Corporate Affairs, Mrs. Jesuyemisi Odeyemi, in her closing remarks reiterated that the company is bent on providing Affordable Housing plans to Nigerians, highlighting various Land acquisition plans, one of which includes making young Landlords from age 0 to 18 years.
“In the last 10 years, we have produced many young Landlords across Nigeria as we hope to spread across African countries in the next 10 years”.
It will be recalled that the real estate company clocked 10 years in the real estate business and has so far bridged the gap in affordable housing among Nigerian citizens
