It was all fun at the palace on His Royal Highness, Oba Sikiru Adeilo Ajibowu Adeyiga, Onirolu of Iroluland who marked 30 years on the throne of his forefathers. Palace of Onirolu was jam-parked on Saturday 17th December as families , friends , associates and indigenes of Irolu from USA, United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa and others stormed the town to rejoice with the king.
While chatting with Publisher Confirm News, Shehu Tijani and his media team from Lagos , the king recounted how it all started and how the beginning was very challenging in the nities as the first citizen on Iroluland.
“I makes it 30 years I ascended the throne of my forefathers. Alhamdulilahi for the past years. Irolu is going from glory to glory, moving high on daily basis. It has expanded beyond where I met her. We are no more baby any longer . The beginning was very challenging. We are still imploring more indigenes to invest in the town. That is the only way we can get to the promise land that all of us can be proud of. It is a collective work. Let us work together”, HRH Adeyiga said.
“I appreciate my sons and daughters, well done for always being there whenever a clarion call is made. I thank you all for your selfless works and progressive ideas but we need more of these ideas. The 30 years anniversary celebration is not only for me but for all indigenes of Iroluland. Igive God the glory . I thank all the kings, politicians, Ogun State Government and others that came out to celebrate with Irolu ”.
