Idowu Owohunwa, commissioner of police (CP) in Lagos has presented commendation letters to eight officers of Igando Police Station Division for their outstanding passion and professionalism in tracking down renowned armed robbers who were terrorizing the neighborhood.
In commending the officers, the CP stated that the officers responded to a distress call at 12 a.m. on May 20th, activated a patrol unit, cordoned off the area, and captured the robbers, recovering two locally made firearms, four vehicles, and 20 stolen mobile phones.
Itrybe News reports that the commissioner recognized the officer’s exceptional efforts and professional brilliance by presenting them with certificates as well as monetary rewards.
