President Bola Tinubu is set to swear in seven new ministers on Monday, November 4, 2024, at the Council Chamber of the State House in Abuja.
The President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, announced this on Sunday via his social media handle.
The ministers, cleared by the Senate last week, will fill various roles in the cabinet.
They include Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, Muhammadu Dingyadi, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Idi Maiha, Yusuf Ata, and Dr. Suwaiba Ahmad.
This move follows a major cabinet reshuffle on October 23, in which President Tinubu reassigned 10 ministers, discharged five others, and nominated seven new ministers for Senate confirmation.
The Senate confirmed all seven nominees on October 31, 2024, after screening each.
The new ministers will join the cabinet at a critical time, with various challenges and opportunities ahead. They will work collaboratively to address pressing issues and achieve the administration’s objectives.
