President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Aare Adetola Olaniyi Emmanuel-King, Chairman and CEO of Adron Group, on his 50th birthday, acknowledging his contributions to Nigeria’s real estate sector and philanthropy.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on April 2, 2025, the President praised Emmanuel-King for his dedication to making affordable housing accessible to many Nigerians. Tinubu also commended him for supporting the government’s vision of reducing the nation’s housing deficit.
Emmanuel-King, who oversees more than 62 estates and a workforce of 3,000, has been recognized with numerous chieftaincy titles and industry awards. These include the Lagos State Man of the Year (2019) and Property Developer of the Year (2021), highlighting his impact on property and estate development.
The President joined family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating the real estate entrepreneur and wished him joyful celebrations and continued success in his endeavors.
