In commemoration of the 2024 Customer Week, which is observed from 7th to 11th October, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, operator of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Termina 2 (MMA2) in Ikeja, Lagos, has hosted and doled out gift items it’s kingstanding customers.
In a statement by the Head of Corporate Communication, Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi, BASL said the week-long event was in recognition of the exceptional contributions of its dedicated customer service team.

Throughout ceremonial week, BASL explored the series of events to highlight the achievements and hard work of its customer service representatives.
Jibodu said BASL also shared stories of customer satisfactions and ground breaking moments, all well documented and projected on its social media platforms.
“We celebrated with all the airlines that fly with us and recognised outstanding customer service personnels of each airline. A certificate of recognition as well as a token was given to each of them to appreciate and further encourage them to keep up the good work,” he said.
Corroborating Jibodu, Yinka-Olawuyi reiterated BASL commitment to value addition, safety, security and the satisfactions of its cumulative 10,000 inbound and outbound daily air passengers, including shoppers, and visitors to the terminal.
