In this digital age with the various sectors evolving globally, it is left for the various sectors like the banking sector to up their game when it comes to finance, customer, staff and system management to be able to satisfy client’s needs but with Zenith bank, it seems the complaint from some customers is far from ending.
Zenith which has been able to build a name for itself over time is currently faced with the challenges malfunction system which has not allowed some of its clients to make various transfers using the available platforms.
Some customers via the banks’ social media handles have expressed their displeasure over the kind of services they get from the bank with some revealing some transfers made over without the recipient getting the money neither was there any reversal.
One of the customers went on to express how rude some of the bank’s customer service representatives act towards them both at the banking hall and online.
