Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Sunday paid a courtesy visit to former President Olusegun Obasanjo at his residence within the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Makinde was accompanied by former Osun State Governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, and former Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, during the visit.
The governor disclosed the meeting in a post on his verified X (formerly Twitter) account, where he shared photographs of the visit.
Although Makinde did not reveal the details of their discussions, the meeting has attracted attention due to the prominence of the political figures involved.
The visit comes amid ongoing political consultations and engagements among key stakeholders across the country, though no official statement was issued on the purpose of the meeting.
